Buying the promotional fleece throw after getting home?

I was just in Disney World and I spent the required $40 (I believe it was) many times over, and I have reciepts and credit card statements to back it up. I didn't buy the promotional blanket when offered, and now that I am home I am seriously kicking myself.

I tried Ebay, it's not on there. I called Disney merchandise and was told the stores (ie World of Disney) can't ship. The dept I was talking to DOES handle all shipping, but they don't have the blankets in hand and available (only the canvas totes). However, they said if I could get the receipts to World of Disney, they would honor it, but she didn't have a clue how I could expediently get my receipts to them short of flying down there or having someone down there pick it up for me and ship it to me so it's just not an option for me. When I mentioned fax or mail she seemed to insinuate those forms wouldn't work. She mentioned a deadline of a week, and I am within that deadline.

I let it go at that point cause I wanted to verify I had receipts for sure since a lot were thrown away, and I found a $70 receipt at the Pop store, a $80 receipt at an Animal Kingdom merchandise kiosk, and my credit card statement shows a $60 purchase at World of Disney as well as other charges at The Emporium and The Briar Patch.

I realize it was only one phone call and it wasn't even a manager who could maybe make it happen, but I am feeling discouraged that maybe this won't be able to happen due to Disney beaurocracy, and am so bummed I didn't get it.

I am wondering if anyone would have any idea of who or what or where I could talk to to make this happen.

Any thoughts?
