Spoodles vs. Kouzzina Noise Level?
I recently ate at Kouzzina and it was so LOUD in there! I was just wondering if it was that raucous when the space was Spoodles?

There has been no appreciable change, in that regard. Spoodles has always been a noiser venue.

No real change in the restaurant decor/arrangement of tables, etc. If you thought it was loud, spoodles probably was also.

Spoodles was usually louder than most restaurants due to the wide open space. It is also a large place, so more guests usually equals more noise in a casual setting.

We dined at Kouizzina a couple of weeks ago. We also dined numerous times at Spoodles. The place was always horrifically noisy -- and remains so. We go about 9:30 pm or 10 pm to try to get a bit more quiet.

I did find it nosier than spoodles, but not that bad.
Most of the restaurants are going to be loud in Disney. They are full of families who have been in the parks all day. I do think you are getting more families here (just opinion) because there is a "celebrity" chef. I do not ever recall Spoodles being very busy. I have also heard complaints that he staff yell something randomly in the kitchen ("oopa" or some such). It may be when they drop something. Since it is an open kitchen and a currently busy location I think this is to be expected that it is not a quite place.
