Sorry, I really don't but we're considering the same week so I'd like to hear whatever tips you get! I'm nervous about the crowds and weather but we want to take a friend's 12 y/o with us so we need to wait for school to end.

Wow - they go to school until late in PA! I've heard it's that way in NJ and NY also - almost to the end of June.

I've been during early June a few times, and it can get very hot. Just be prepared, go out as early in the morning as you can, then during the middle of the day, take a break in the air conditioning or swim.

I wouldn't worry about crowds too much - just plan ahead and you should be fine.

We have actually liked the end of August as well. It can be miserable hot, but it can be at home as well! The crowds are very low, as many schools in the midwest start in August, but we don't until September. You can get pop up showers, but they are usually short lived.

I have been taking my family down during June the last 3 years. It will be hot and crowded! My family are late risers, so we get up and eat and hang at the pool or one of the water parks and than head into the parks after dinner in the evening. All the parks during the week run extended hours into the evening so it works out perfect for me. You'll have a great time!

It will be hot and crowded after about noon.

Have a plan, be there for rope drop, and collect fastpasses.

Many people take an afternoon break to cool off, swim, or take a nap.

Be sure to bring rain gear. There are often pop up thunderstorms in the afternoon. Not the all day kind, but the ones that last 10-20 minutes.

Thanks

Thanks all, hoping for the best, last time we went was for Xmas in 05 and I hate being too hot... LOL. Daughter and Niece love the pool, so during the day that should keep them busy.

I agree with everyone! We did it this year at that time and it was HOT HOT HOT!! and very crowded! My suggestion would be make advanced dining reservations for sure for any meals you can.
