DHS Christmas Lights - I FOUND THE BLACK CAT! - The DIS Discussion Forums

I discovered a new Disney insider thing tonight - the Black Cat.

Each year at Disney's Hollywood Studios there is a giant light show called The Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights. Rumor says that when this family sent Disney their personal collection of christmas lights they accidently included a black cat from their Halloween display. As a tradition, Disney puts up the black cat every year in a different area and it's a hunt to find the black cat.

I found him!!!

When I saw that Osborne lights had opened my first thought went to the black cat. I will check it out when we are down for Christmas.

here he is in 2006. and to be honest, i didn't even realize i had even found him so that's why I don't have a better photo

I have almost the EXACT same picture as bradk -- I remeber thinking "why in the world is there a halloween cat in a Christmas display" and then taking the picture because my 14month old kept saying "kitty" and pointing.

I ended up asking a CM and he told me right where it was. This was last year and the cat was in an alley.
