what would be the best place for us to pick her up at the airport??

My ds parked in the garage and then met me at baggage claim..it was very easy to accomplish.

At the arrival level. There is a cell phone lot for waiting (red lot- don't go into the actual lot the cell phone lot is to the left of the entrance), go there and wait for her to call (if she has a phone) then meet her at the arrival level.

If she doesn't have a phone, you can park in the main garage for 20 minutes free but if you exit after the 20 minute grace period, normal rates apply.
