What a mess! Dream reservation - The DIS Discussion Forums

We made reservations the first day for 2 connecting rooms and today I got EIGHT reservations in the mail, 4 connecting room sets! So I was charged $4000 in deposits! So check your credit cards if you made reservations that 1st day and had problems getting it to go through. I only received 1 set of confirmation numbers. I am sure my credit card is over limit too

Luckily I am fine with my limit and Disney says they are rushing the refund

Oh my, what a mess. Good luck getting it all straightened out and not being charged the overage fee on your CC!

I got 3 sets, too. I called and cancelled one before the hold date, but that came to me along with the two rooms I booked for another date.

I called DCL, but she assured me that the deposit wasn't taken out even though it showed this on my confirmation.

I'm going to check my card just in case. I hate when I forget to get the name of the person I spoke to.
