Is there a difference? Just trying to decide which quote to use for our next DC

If the question is 8 vs. 9, the answer is location.

If it's 8 vs. something else, yes, there is a difference.

Cat 8's all seem to be forward on decks 5 and 6, I think. Cat 9's can be forward, mid or aft on either deck one or two. The deck one portholes are 2 small ones rather than one big one.

By the way, what a precious baby you have! Have a great time on your cruise!
