On your HS day, I would skip the WCC. We ate there twice and really liked the food but I don't think this is worth cutting your day up so much at all. You will be wasting tons of time traveling from the park to wilderness lodge and back. Could you switch this to one of your MK days?

Also, I would tend to get to the parks at opening and have pool time in the afternoon and not do the pool thing early. You will be able to see so much more and not wait in line for rides if you go early.

We really liked the Donald's Breakfast too!

Have a great trip!

good ideas I prefer the idea of getting there early and going back mid day just trying to figure out how to do that effectivley. I feel sort of stuck with WC the kids really want to try it and it's the only time that will work. I'm going to keep fiddling. All suggestions are helpful.

no pool time until the end?

Where are you eating at Coronado Springs?

more suggestions could be made if you could give us a little more info (i.e. who's travelling, what ages, etc.)

Crt

Looks Great!

I like that you are going to CRT for an early dinner...I do CRT every visit but have done the early dinner the last few times...and Love it....

I like that you are doing basically "1 park - 1 day"....so many times folks are hopping here...hopping there...

It's a huge place and the travel time eats time out of your day. IMHO...I mean...first you walk from wherever you are in the park to the entrance. Then wait for Transportation. Then Transport. Then find your room. Then repeat it back to get back to a park....the less transportation...the better...

If you have little ones and need nap time in the middle of the day...then that's unavoidable...but it's what I think the PP is saying about Whispering Canyon. That being said...if the kiddos are excited about WC...then I guess you just have to go ......

Have a Magical visit!

Mary

"no pool time until the end? "
As far as pool time those are simply the only times I have planned currently as of right now I figure other pool times will be
middle of the day or evening whenever we are at the resort and the kids want to but I am also not too worried about pool time as I figure we can get tons of it on the cruise ship at the conclusion of our trip

"Where are you eating at Coronado Springs?"
Pepper something that will be our CS for the day and I've been told several time to try it

"more suggestions could be made if you could give us a little more info (i.e. who's travelling, what ages, etc.) "

Diden't even think about listing travelers and such. It will be Me, DH, DD12, DD10, DS,9. DH is a service connected disabled vet with several physical disabilities, anxiety issues and mobility issues. DH will be in a wheelchair that we have rented from a medical supply company for most of the trip and DS has an Autistic Spectrum disorder as well as ADHD. Some down time will be necssesary for both of them in fact there will be some times where we may seperate so they get more of a rest or down time but I'd like to minimize that as muchas possible.

Hope those details help. I'm loving hearing your suggestions so far. They are giving me alot to think about.

25th.: HS Day
Breakfast: ASM food court
HS 9:00-11.00
Back to ASM Why bother going back to ASM before lunch? You could spend a lot less time traveling if you just go straight to the WL from HS. Also, if you don't have a car, there is no direct transport from ASM to WL. You would have to take the bus to a park and then catch a bus to WL. If you go straight from HS, you can catch the bus to WL from there.
Lunch: 1:15 ADR Wispering Canyon Cafe
HS about 3:00
Osbourne 6pm
Fantasmic 8pm Make sure you line up for seats early!
Stay till park closes
26th.: MK Day
Breakfast: ASM food court
MK about 11:00 am
Early lunch: (clam chowder) Columbia Harbor House
Early dinner: ADR CRT 4pm
Spectro magic 9pm
Back to hotel
27th.: AK Day
Breakfast: ADR 9:20 Donalds Safari Breakfast
Lunch: Picnic in the park
Jingle Jam at 3:45pm
Early dinner: Flame Tree Barbecue You are going to have very little time between meals on this day. Since AK closes at 5 or 6, you might want to skip trying to eat dinner there and just eat back at ASM
Back to ASM
28th.: MK Day 2 To get the best out of MK, I would suggest going for RD at least one of the days. Otherwise you'll probably have long waits.
Breakfast: ASM
Pool time
Lunch: Coronado Springs about 12:00 Whats the burning desire to go to Pepper Market? I would want to stay and eat at a CS in the MK. You're going to spend a lot of time traveling back and forth if you go to Pepper Market for lunch - wouldn't you rather spend that time in the park?
Head to MK right after lunch
Dinner: ADR 7:45 Chef Mickey's
Watch Wishes from observation deck at Contemporary If you're talking about the deck on top of the building, you won't be able to access it. You have to have reservations at the California Grill that night in order to use it. But you will still be able to watch wishes from the grounds of the CR - you'll just have to be on the ground most likely.
29th.: Check out of ASM head to Port Canaveral to catch Carnival Cruise for second part of trip
Hope I was of help. Have a wonderful trip!

This is an example of altering plans to meet the needs of the individual family. At first sight, I thought... "Hey, It'll be Thanksgiving Week. Rope drop should be a must." But, I think with your family dynamic, your plan sounds great. We love Flame Tree and despite what others say, San Angel is one of our favorites too. Have a great vacation!

I think you have to have BLT KTTW to access the top there.

As much as I love Pepper Mkt (when staying at CSR), it's not worth a special trip over there.

I would stick to either eating at your resort or at the park you'll be at. You'll be wasting a lot of time getting back and forth to other resorts to eat.

Plan an early a.m. at MK-the ride lines build fast and you can get tons done early in the a.m.

Don't underestimate travel time. I.E. getting to the bus stop, wiating for the bus, driving to the park, getting into the park, leaving the park, waiting again for the bus, busride back to resort and getting to your room. Doing this twice a day can be exhausting.

Have fun!

As for pool time,...........I wouldn't even worry about it. If you make it to a pool then great, if not........then no big deal....you are at Disney. You didn't go there for swimming! (my opinion)

My only suggestion would be that on the 26th (Thanksgiving Day), I would suggest taking advantage of the early morning EMH at MK because that park is going to be jammed by 11:00. I would get up and grab a quick bite then head straight to MK. I would stay through the day and enjoy your ADR at CRT. IF you need a break then I would go back to the hotel for a rest and plan on going back to the park in the evening for Spectromagic. The park is open until midnight so you can stay late if you have taken a rest mid day. (again, just my opinion)
