Is Enterprise part of the National/Alamo group? Rate question also

I am looking at a one week rental, 12/1-12/8, Enterprise, with an Entertainment one class upgrade. Book an intermediate, upgrade to a standard (Malibu/Fusion), $133. Am I missing something?

Actually, National/Alamo is owned by Enterprise.

Send a message via AIM to jlewisinsyr
But don't expect to use the National Emerald Aisle or to pick your own car with a true Enterprise rental.

That is one thing I would miss. I think in the past 11 years I have only rented National/Alamo on any trip anywhere, other than one Hertz rental.

Thanks mgilmer.
