CRT Breakfast - great atmosphere, but rushed out the door

Hi all, we had our first CRT breakfast last week. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the food was delicious. The offerings were different than I expected, we had a veggie omelette and it was wonderful. I was expecting an all-you-care to eat type breakfast, but our server took our empty plates away and never asked if we wanted more. It was only when the waiter at the next table offered more to them that I began to wonder if we could have asked for more as well (my 8 year old would have more french toast if he could have). The princesses were wonderful to my daughter - but barely took a minute or so to sign an autograph and take a picture and move on. On the whole, I would do it again - although it would have been nice to spend a couple of minutes lingering over a second cup of coffee. Actually when my husband asked for another cup, our waitress told him he'd have to wait until she cleared the tables around us. We had an 8:45 reservation, and we were collecting our stroller downstairs at 9:20. My kids loved it, and that's what matters most - but it's a lot of money to be hurried out the door like that. Anyone else have that experience? And is it all-you-care-to-eat or has that changed? Thanks.
