Question about parking on MVMCP night
I have a 2-sided question regarding parking on a MVMCP night.
We arrive on Dec. 3rd which is a party night at MK. We're planning to go to MK for at least a little while to kick off our trip. We'll go as soon as we're set at the hotel, hopefully before 5:00 (probably not before 4:00). I know the park closes at 7pm because of the party and that party attendees can come as early as 4pm. First part - How crowded is the parking at TTC likely to be 4-5pm-ish that night? We will have the AAA parking pass, which has gotten us great spots, but we usually go closer to park opening (or reg. closing on an EMH night) and usually take the buses to MK. Would we be likely to snag a good AAA spot at that time? Second part - we have a late ADR at Chef Mickey's (close to 9pm). What we really wanted to do was to park there, then walk or take the monorail to MK, and then take the monorail and boats to check out the Christmas decorations and snacks at the MK resorts, then hope to get in at Chef Mickey's early if at all possible. Would they let us park at the Contemporary for that length of time? I know they usually give you ~3 hrs. This would probably be closer to 4+ hours before our ADR. Would they let us park there that early, and would there be any problem with our car being there that long?

Does anyone have any input? Or does this belong in a different section?
Thanks.

2- Parking at a resort's lot at which you are not staying with the intent of going into a theme park is not allowed. You might try using the resort's VALET parking, however. There is a method that will allow guests to find out if the valet parking and leaving the resort for a park will be OK on the day it is attempted- When you arrive at the parking gate, tell the guard there what you are doing, where you are going and when you will return for the car. If the guard says, "OK" then move on to the valet. When you pull up, tell the valet what you are doing, where you are going and when you will return for the car. If the valet says its OK, then its OK. If the guard or the valet says there is only limited time parking available, that will be your answer. |

Robo - Thanks for your reply.
Don't know whether to try our luck in AAA Diamond parking at the TTC, ask at Contemporary about valet, or take the bus to MK - monorail to resorts & Contemp & back to MK - bus back to resort.
