YesWeAre!

Of course the year isn't a success without a win the weekend before Thanksgiving. I'm going to be in Tampa next week for a wedding so will have to find a nice red and silver establishment at which to watch the game.

ita.... I just hope they focus on Michigan and not get a big disappointment ala Perdue. Michigan has a way of being the "spoiler" for Ohio State.

Go Bucks.

Yes the Buckeyes are going, only because they were lucky IMO. They let Iowa come back and tie it in the 4th quarter. Tressel's conservative play calling needs to be opened up or they are going to get beat in another BCS bowl game.

Good luck to your team!

Rutgers University will be in a bowl this year too.

YAY OSU. I am a new Buckeyes fun. My niece is a freshman. If you see my location on the right, don't expect me to cheer for any other team based in Ohio. And if OSU and Pitt meet on the field of any game, sorry, the Panthers get my support. Fortunately we don't play in the same conferences.

Normally I would agree. I love Tressel but he gets too conservative in the Championship games and in that last drive against USC. I can't blame him for the Iowa game though. It was lack of execution. They let a kick get returned which is just poor tackling and positioning. They had a player jump and turned an interception and great field position into an Iowa first down. On the same drive they had a clear interception turn into a completed pass because of some butter finger catching in the secondary.

And he can win big games, he does have a national championship and is almost perfect against Michigan, which is ALWAYS a big game no matter what the records are. We also did win all the important division games that people thought we would lose. Purdue was a disaster and some of that has to go down to the play calling. Pryor made some terrible decisions that game too though.

Michigan has been not been good since it was ranked #2 behind Ohio State. Although its always fun to beat Michigan, the past couple years its not as meaningful.

The national championship they won was 7 years ago. Thats a long time back. These the last two years they were basically handled in the championship game and IMO opinion really shouldnt have been in them.

In last nights game when they had the ball for the last time in regulation Tressel again played it safe and hoped Iowa wouldnt be able to do anything in the final minute. Tey way Iowa's quarterback was playing they could have got within field goal range in that time.

I have always been a buckye fan, born raised, but Tressel needs to open it up and stop being conservative or else they are going to be 0-3 in bowl games for these past 3 years.
