Last time we were in Disney we ate at the GF twice we liked it alot....however that was when appetizers were on the DDP ( I am a app lover). So though we will still like the food I thought maybe we should try something different this time.
The Clambake looks fun and I THINK the characters are at it. My kids love seafood. Has anyone been to this and what did you think? I have only booked 6 of our 7 TS meals so I can still try and get GF Cafe for another meal, which seems to have loads of openings whenever I plug other things in. But if the Clam Bake isn't good I don't want it. Thanks for any info!

I think you are correct, but have you eaten there? The menu looks good?

We ate at the GF cafe and it was nice, but nothing amazing. However, we wanted to explore the resort....GOREGEOUS! We bought some soaps from the spa there....to DIE for! Would I eat there again, prolly not. I'd vote for CM

The food at Cape May is terrific!! even though dinner wasn't a character dinner it was still alot of fun. The restaurant is decorated so nice and beachy. If you like seafood, you could eat your weight in all different kinds.
but really you won't go wrong w/ anything you choose. The ribs were fantastic !! There really is something for everyone and I don't remember anything being bad. ( the mussels and clams were SOOOO good!!) The very best part though ? THE DESSERT BAR!! ![]() They had choc dipped oreos, mini key lime pies and all sorts of wonderful decadent pasteries.....oh lord. (save room for all that yummy stuff !!)I have to go now, I'm kind of getting hungry now!!
