how much for ham per pound?

What is a good price for a holiday ham per pound? It has been so long since I have bought one that I have no idea what a good price is! But I was reading the buy an extra turkey thread, which I plan to do, and started thinking that I could buy a couple hams. It would make a few dinners and great lunch meat. I have an upright freezer and am pretty sure I can squeeze another turkey and couple hams in there. We buy our meat in bulk from the butcher so I don't even look at the grocery store. Thanks!

Aldi's spiral hams are so good and a much better price than any grocery store, I've seen. Not sure of the price per pound though. Sorry!!

I would love love love to have an Aldi's within driving distance of me! The closest one is 5 hours away. I looked.

That stinks!!! I actually went in today to buy a ham and the spirals were $1.49 a pound.

I paid like $1.79 per pound for a spiral one at Sam's Club. They are actually very tasty and SO much cheaper than Honeybaked Ham.

I usually buy a Carando Spiral sliced and have always been pleased. Bought a Cooks last year and it was extremely fatty. Will give Aldi's a try next time. I pay around $1.79-$1.99 a pound.
