Help w/Rope Drop Strategies for MK

During our early March trip, we will be spending 2 days in MK. One day we have an 8:05 ADR for CRT. I hope to be done in time for rope drop and head straight to Fantasyland to ride the rides before the lines get long. The 2nd day I'd like to be there for rope drop again and get in line for the 9:45-ish opening of Toon Town. We want to meet Tinkerbell and the Princesses and Mickey and Minnie would be great too. My question is, if we are at MK for Rope Drop at 9am and Toon Town doesn't open until 9:45, what do we do for that 1/2 hour or so of time? Are we going to be able to fit in any rides? We'll have two 5 year olds in tow, one of which tends to get antsy, any tips?

If you are at RD at 9:00A and head straight to your favorite ride in Fantasyland, you should have enough time to ride it, then go to the Toon Town RD. WE've been able to do it a couple of times.

You'll hare time for 3-4 rides, depending on what you pick.

If you are spending your first day in FL...go to Tomorrowland. Last trip, we got in Indy Speedway, Astro Orbitor and Buzz before heading over and being in the first dozen people in line.

If you hustle...you may be able to sneak in Tea Cups as well...
