Problem with Treasure Kingdom order... help?
Has anyone ordered from Treasure Kingdom?
We ordered an item and it arrived defective. I have sent multiple emails and have yet to receive a reply from them. The first email was sent the day the item arrived in the mail (8 days ago). Just wondering if anyone else has tried to return something to them and what their experience was... I also tried calling them but there is just a recording saying to send an email. Any help would be appreciated. |
