Problem with Treasure Kingdom order... help?

Has anyone ordered from Treasure Kingdom?

We ordered an item and it arrived defective. I have sent multiple emails and have yet to receive a reply from them. The first email was sent the day the item arrived in the mail (8 days ago).

Just wondering if anyone else has tried to return something to them and what their experience was... I also tried calling them but there is just a recording saying to send an email.

Any help would be appreciated.

I havent ordered from them but I was thinking about it. I found 2 reviews for the site and both were bad. Hopefully you will be able to get your money refunded.

If you don't hear from them soon, file a dispute through the credit card company. That may get their attention.

I guess I have no choice... 4 emails over 10 days and no response

Buyer beware... definitely avoid this place. My experience was almost identical to those on the websites posted by JustineMarie (thanks!).
