We couldn’t do curbside check-in, either, because they’ve got us on that stupid no-fly list.

Hi, Kathy! I'm really enjoying your trip report. (It triggered me to go back and read your PTR - I've gotten through 150 pages so far )

You've really piqued my curiosity! How did you end up on the no-fly list?!?

I have no idea! We have an Irish surname... perhaps we share with notorious members of the IRA!

Sorry I didn't do link posts for the PTR... I'm making them for this report, though. Thanks for reading!

My heart just sank---too late to check your luggage? I'm keeping my fingers crossed that everything works out and that no one has to deal with lost baggage---that would be a less than magical way to start a vacation.

We never fly so now I am dying to know what do they do when you can't check your bags? Are they small enough to be carry-ons? Do they charge you $$$$$$ to put them on another flight?

Hopefully you will post the next installment soon.

Hey Kathy,

I'm here and my BP is up just imagining you trying to get to the airport in time and then being told that you can't check your bags...

(btw...what is the no fly list?)

I'm thinking of using JFK for our trips next year because air is almost always cheaper than out of Philly (or Newark sometimes) so I'm finding your experience with the airport extra interesting...

so sweet that Billy was so looking forward to his trip that everyone at his school knew all about it...

I'm here!

Oh no! A cliffhanger! (they should have a "cliffhanger" smilie, and if they did, it would go here)

A comment on the "vacation diet"...bah! Who needs to eat right on VACATION? Cookies for dinner are perfectly acceptable!

Can't wait for more!
