Great spots for the parades at MK and AK - The DIS Discussion Forums

We'll be at Magic Kingdom Friday and AK on Sunday. Where have you found the best spots to view the parade to be?

Also- how early do you need to be there to get these spots?

My fav spot for MK has always been on the curb right outside the Emporium - you can shop and look out the window to see if people are starting to arrive. I still sit out there at least 45 minutes before the parade starts. There is usually some interesting characters walking up the street a bit before the parade to talk to as well.

AK - I did the same thing; right outside the store so you can peek out. Not the best place to stand, but if it is a light day, it is easy to watch from the store.
