Sorry, I am out of the loop and I missed the beginning of the show and I have no real idea who Larry King's guest was last night. I know it said she was a beauty pageant contestant or something but I was struck but how annoying she was, refusing to speak and taking her microphone off and stuff. WTH?

Carrie Prejean was the Miss California contestant in Miss America (I think) who answered the question about gay marriage asked by Perez Hilton. She lost and said it was because of her answer against gay marriage. She was the darling of the conservatives for a little while but now - oops! - a sex tape has come out and so she's making the rounds to profess her innocence.

Doesn't EVERYBODY have a sex tape somewhere in their past? I almost feel left out...

I remember thinking good for her for being honest about her views...but turns out she's just a twit, lol. She came across as so unappealing I can't imagine she did her book sales any favours.

It just boggles my mind when on the one hand, you have these "celebrities", or I guess known people might be a better phrase, saying that they don't want anyone asking them about such and such, that is private, etc....then why the HECK are you doing interviews and press?!?!?! That makes NO sense.

I too felt bad for her when she was getting thrown under the bus for her views; but now she's just being stupid. Either be out there promoting yourself, or don't - you can't have it both ways (that means you too, Jon Gosselin!)

She's an idiot who, after professing her views on gay marriage and lost Miss America, was picked up by the Family Research Council to go on tour and speak of Family Values. She was heralded by that new branch of the right wing, led by Sarah Palin.

Anyway, she sues Miss California Pageant for slander and religious discrimination, only to have her "extremely graphic" sex tape leak out. She drops the suit.

The pageant company wanted their 5k that she borrowed for breast implants back, as well.

LOL

This is about as good as Sean Hannity being busted for using fake footage yesterday!!

She was on the Today Show 2 days ago. She was supposed to be promoting her book, but she was just a complete snot to Meredith Viera. Unbelievable--she couldn't even muster charisma when she's trying to hawk her own book.
