Is There A clock/alarm clock in cabin

Is there an alarm clock in the cabins? Just trying to get my final packing list done and want to make sure that we have a clock if needed. Thanks for your help.

No alarm clock. You can set an automated wake up call on the phone.

There is a clock in the room. But as kcashner said, it isn't an alarm clock. But it also isn't a good clock at night. You can't see it at all. Often I'll wake up early in the morning and have no idea if I should be getting up or rolling over for another couple winks of sleep. We set a wake up call to get us up on port days for excursions and that does work well. So if you just need a clock to wake you, leave it at home and use the wake up call.

Actually the properller clock in the room IS an alarm clock - although the face of it is so small and unlighted that it is really best viewed as a lovely decoration than anything serviceable.

We generally bring a travel alarm allong. If you bring a plug-in clock, realize that the number of outlets is limited.

And if it's just wake-up time, you can, as another poster noted, just set a wake up call.

I bought an electric alarm clock and a small power strip for my last cruise. I used the power strip also for charging my camera and cell phone.

We used a travel alarm clock from LLBean. It was great because it only lit up at night when you wanted to see what time it was. The propeller clock in the room does not have a lighted dial for night time viewing.

My alarm clock as the room service attendant who knocked on the door at 7:20 a.m. every day with our coffee and pastries!

I have an internal alarm clock that I can never seem to shut off that wakes me up at 6:30 a.m. every day. Just in case though, on our last day (when there was no room service) I did set a wake up call.

Yes they do have a clock in the room that is very very small to see at night (or in the morning). But there is a wake up call which I love very much it really gets you thinking and the phone is very loud.

I wore my watch which has glow-in-the-dark hands so I could see what time it was if I woke up in the middle of the night.

We used the alarm clocks on our cell phones, that way we each had our own and could customize sound & volume.

We also bring cheap automatic night-lights on all our vacations now... it's amazing how quickly you can get disoriented in an unfamiliar completely-dark room...

Aside from the initial lifeboat/safety drill announcement and subsequent emergencies - no announcements are made directly in the staterooms. You can hear them in the hallway or one of the tv channels.

The new flat screen TV's have a sleep timer on them and I am not sure, but there maybe a timer for the TV to come on too.
