GameStop. Since the DSi came out, I'd bet the regular DS is pretty cheap.

I just bought one on Ebay for DS3 for christmas. I paid $85, it is like new. They seemed to go for $75-$90 used. Even though the DSi is out now, the DS's are still popular because they play the GBA games which seems to be keeping them pretty popular yet.
