Characters in Christmas Costumes - The DIS Discussion Forums

When we were at Disney 2 years ago, Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, and Donald were dressed up in Christmas outfits at AK. Anyone know if they're still doing this? We're leaving on Friday and I'm hoping to get our Christmas card picture!

I don't think they are in costume at AK till Thanksgiving weekend.They are in costume at MK during MVMCP. The holiday parade at AK doesn't start till Thanksgiving weekend

First date for MVMCP is November 10 so they will be Christmas clothes there - not sure if anywhere else this early in the season.

How long do they stay in holiday costume. I will be there 12/26-1/2. Will they still be in the holiday stuff?

anyways, the characters that I have seen in christmas attire have been Mickey, Minnie, Pooh, Eeyore, Piglet, Tigger, Chip, Dale, Donald, Scrooge, Bell, and Goofy.

I think some of the fab 5 had Christmas sweaters on for appearances in AK. I wish I had gotten over there! Anyone know if they wear any holiday apparel at DHS?

We were there last year in mid November and the characters in Camp Minnie Mickey were all in holiday attire.

Now, it was 3 or 4 years ago, but ALL the Fab 5 and Pooh & Friends and a few others were in Christmas attire the first week of December at DHS and MK for their regular meet&greets.

Hopefully this is still true as we are not attending MVMCP but do love those holiday outfits!

I know I was at WDW before and afrer Tday and got characters in holiday attire in both AK-camp minnie/mickey+ Donalds breakfast at resturantaurus. and some sets of pics only in DHS near what would now be american idol.

maybe , Maybe not. The last nights for all the Christmas lights is Jan 4th. My guess is everything starts coming down fast ( including the costumed characters) around Jan 5th

We're here now. I didn't see them in holiday attire at AK on Sunday, but I did see Donald in Christmas attire (alternating between Scrooge and the one in the plaid jacket - can't remember who that is).
