Help with my day after Thanksgiving assumption..
Will this day be busy or moderate as far as airport traffic? I am thinking most people stay where they are throughout the weekend.
Thanks

I would think light to moderate. Probably not busy and certainly not as busy as the day before the holiday and the Sunday/Monday after. Just my thoughts.....we've flown the day before the holiday,
but not the day after.

You are okay on Friday and early Saturday. I fly out very early Saturday morning.
By late Saturday afternoon, it starts to pick up again and Sunday, it is insane. You have people flying home from the holidays and people who fly for work will be trying to get to their destination as well.

Traffic will be very very heavy around shopping areas and often that significantly impacts interstate traffic around malls and the like. We've been surprised by big mall projects seemingly in the middle of nowhere, with traffic backed up for a couple miles that day as people jockey to get in the right lane and all....
