Can Anyone Share Photos of Mickey's Backyard BBQ ?

Hello, this will be our first time visiting the backyard BBQ on Dec 19th and also hoping to scoot over and see the campfire and roast some s'mores as well !!

Can anyone share photos of either the backyard bbq or the camprfire?? I have seen the few photos on Allears...would love to see more!

TIA

I read the thread with the times listing the campfire- fires lit, movie starts, etc. Do you know if you can still raost at the fires when the first movie starts? Not sure we would make it in time after attending the BBQ.

These aren't the most helpful pics, but it gives you a general idea of the character interaction. We went on Christmas Day in 2008. One side of the pavillion is the stage where the country band played and the line dance instructor and dancing take place. The other side had two identical buffet lines set up. There is also a serve your own drinks dispenser, an ice cream chest, a dessert area (it was pumpkin pie for that day), and an area for the alcoholic beverages. In the middle are all the picnic tables. We enjoyed ourselves. I liked the freedom of being able to move about and interact with the characters at your leisure. The boat ride from MK was a pleasant and relaxing break.

Any more photos???

Those are great. It does look like fun. I can see how some would think it turns into a mob scene. A few have suggested waiting out the first song or two until it quiets down a little, I think I might have our two do that. (or try anyway)

Here's a link to the Mickey's Backyard BBQ from my recent Trip Report.
Lots of pictures and a review of the meal.

I just read this review/report you wrote. Wow. Thanks so much for taking the time to write this. I was debating between Mickeys ByBBQ and HDDR...think I have made up my mind!

Wow....we were debating on whether to do this or not for our upcoming trip in March, but after reading your report, I am so glad that we decided to spend the money somewhere else.
