I would say shorts. When you head out in the morning, it is going to be cool. Throw a light sweatshirt or jacket on.
Head back around dinnertime to change into pants if you think you'll be out late. We have little ones, so we are only ever out til about 8:30 and it's only starting to get cool then.........

Shorts for us, but we are from MO. I see that you are from AZ, so you might think it is cold!

We've been twice in November, and usually wear jeans and t shirts. We go for Thanksgiving, and the past couple of years have been really chilly in the mornings and evenings. We start out wearing a light jacket, then just tie it around our waist.
A few years ago on our first trip, my kids wore shorts to AK and did fine. The next day we went to MK and they wore shorts again. The morning and afternoon were very pleasant, then it got down right cold that night. I had to go buy them sweatshirts to wear during the parade and fireworks so they wouldn't be so cold. Very unpredictable weather, but we love it anyway

I was there yesterday and wore jeans and a t-shirt. In the mornings though I had on a light weight jacket. It kind of depends where you are from. If you're from the north where it's freezing already then shorts would probably feel great. If you're like me though and from Florida it can be a little on the cool side. You'll see people in a lot of different clothes at the parks this time of year.

It depends on what kind of temps you are used to. As a FL native I can tell you that 65-80 degrees is jeans/pants weather for me. But I know tons of northerners who would still be comfortably wearing shorts in those temps. You also have to factor in if those temps are in the day time or at night. Because the sun is so intense that 65-80 during the day feels different than the same temps at night.
