We have watched the parade from various places and enjoyed most of them.
If you look on dlrp magic site on the page about the parade and scroll down there is a map of the parade route and it shows the parade stops - this is where the parade stops and the characters get off the floats to dance and interact. I enjoy watching it from different places to get different characters. Its nice to watch it from outside Bella Notta restaurant as you see the Princesses dancing and this is the start of the parade so you can watch it and make your way to Fantasyland before most other people do as they are still watching. I also like watching it from the hub outside the castle- stand between the entrances to Frontierland and Adventureland and you get 2 parade stops and see it coming round by the castle I also enjoy watching it from the corner - near the Storybook store/Emporium as you get the characters from Winnie the Pooh dancing

We watch from Fantasyland, outside Pizzeria Bella Notte, lovely and quiet and we get to enjoy the rides while most folks are still watching the parade on Main St.

Also be aware there are no parade stops for Christmas season for OAD parade.

We enjoyed watching from a spot near the end of the parade route - we were in the centre and roughly opposite the shop selling all the baby/toddler clothes (it's name escapes me!).
That way we saw the floats coming off Main St, all the way around the bandstand area and then stopping in front of us. But without stops, will the parade route still be the same (ie start and finish in the same places?)
