Do the name on the tags REALLY matter? - The DIS Discussion Forums

We got our ME packet and they put my 1 yr olds name on one (obviously I did not buy him a plane ticket) instead of my 5 yr old, does this matter should I change it? Also they only sent one tag for each of us and we need at least one more can I call to request this? Thanks!

The child's name doesn't matter since your name should also be on the tag. You should have four tags (one for each of you) If you need more than that I'm not sure, but no harm in asking!

When I got my ME packet, we got 4 tags - one for each of us. And DD is 19 months and has no park ticket and she still got a tag. (ME has no clue if we bought her a plane ticket.) All the tags have my name on them too. We certainly will not need 4 tags but I don't figure it matters which ones we do need. If you need another one, it can't hurt to call - especially since you should have one for each person.

All you have to do is call the number in the ME booklet that came with the luggage tags and request another set. As long as you give them enough time to send it out. They are going to send another full set. I had no problems when I had to call and request an extra set of tags earlier this year.

You should check your ME vouchers to make sure you have enough. The coach seats are not very spacious in knee room in case you were thinking of having your 1 y.o. to sit on your lap.
