Timing of arrival for 2nd Spectro

Our first full day is Nov. 28th. We will be at the Animal Kingdom most of the day, then drive over to the Grand Floridean to eat dinner at 7:05 at 1900 Park Fare.

We then want to take the monorail over to the Magic Kingdom just to watch Wishes at 10 and see the second Spectro parade at 11:00. The first Spectro is at 9.

Is it going to be very difficult to enter the Magic Kingdom just when all the crowds are gathering for the first Spectro at 9? We want to ride a few rides while the first parade is going on, and avoid Main St. at all costs.

Yes. You'll either have to walk THOROUGH inside of the stores of Main Street (most are connected internally,)

OR, they MIGHT have the "backstage route" open to guests.

It bypasses Main Street entirely and re-enters MK's guest area either next to the Plaza and Noodle Station restaurants,
or near CoP/Buzz Lightyear in Tomorrowland.

Thank you, Robo.

I have never wasted time (in my opinion) riding the train. Is it possible to take the train as soon as we get in the park, ride it and exit in Mickey's Toontown Fair, instead of fighting our way thru Main St.?

This will be my 5-year old nephew's first visit, and I don't want his first sight of the Magic Kingdom being a struggle to get through the stores. And my sister, his mom, wants to avoid shop$ at all co$t$.

If they are running the train, then, yes.

There may be times that they must stop running the train, as the parade units must cross the track back near Splash Mountain.
