EPCOT shows - more detail needed

Below is a list of all shows at EPCOT. Which are the ones that can only be seen by paying customers (i.e restaurants) My quick stab at it is those shown in red are "closed"

Chip and Dale's Harvest Feast
Garden Grill Restaurant in The Land.

JAMMitors Comedic cacophony and percussive artistry.

Mo Rockin performs outside of the Morocco Pavillion. I think the pub entertainment and the German band are the only ones.

Chip and Dale do not do a show at the Garden Grill. It's a character restaurant and Chip, Dale, Mickey, and Pluto visit each table. You can see the characters as they walk around the outside of the restaurant, but you won't be able to interact with them unless you are eating at the restaurant.

The Hat Lady can be seen by anyone. Just walk into the pub and she is right there. But it's usually really crowded in there.
