The fountains outside of Imagination! are not operating. Anyone knows when it will work?

BLEH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know why for real but hopefully just maintenance.

One time when I was in Epcot (I can't remember whether second or third trip) ... the "dancing" fountain in front of Electric Umbrella was completely enclosed and boarded up. I assumed maintenance. But it was not pretty.
