Cannot find our passes...haven't left yet...please help! - Update - they are FOUND!

We will be in WDW at the end of November. I ordered the 10 passes that our group needs and I cannot find them (I know I know...I should have photocopied them, but this is our first time staying off-site and having separate tickets not tied to our room keys). I've read many times in the last hour searching for info on-line about the photocopying and believe me...I truly wish I would have done that.

I read the sticky on tickets and I think I can get them replaced...I did order them on-line through Disney, have my confirmation e-mail, transaction #...). I've already sent an e-mail to the ticket.inquiries e-mail and will call first thing in the am when they open, but I am sick over this. I am still tearing my house apart hoping they show up.

Thank you so much for any input. I am so upset with myself and very worried about the money we may be out here.

ETA: My DH found them! I went to bed last night and he found them! They were all attached to the original paper they came on, stuck down behind the computer desk...I must have put them there so I could copy them. He's still asleep but I woke up this morning and they were on my nightstand. Thank goodness!!!! I have already made copies -- one for each of the families in our party! Thank you so much for your thoughts.

Oh my gosh, your first post is a panic post!!! First, Relax. Think. What day did they come? What else did you do that day? Hopefully you'll either find them, or get Disney to replace them. I couldn't find my license once the day before we were supposed to fly (and, of course you can't fly without ID!!). Honestly, I prayed, and found them instantly!!! Good Luck!

I know--not a great first post. We've been to Disney many many times and it is by far our favorite place to go. This is a huge trip for us and I am beyond sick over this. It was about two weeks ago I first read about photocopying them and I remember thinking I need to do that and put the tickets from our basket where I put all of our important papers in a "safe" spot and I went to get them today to copy them and I can't find them. I SO wish I would have done that as soon as I read about it on the boards . I'm coordinating the trip for everyone going and these tickets are my responsibility. Every other trip we've taken, we booked packages and just got everything on our KTTW...

Thank you for your post. I truly appreciate it. There are so many great people here.

we got hard tickets at a Disney store and they told us that if anything happens to them, we take our receipts from the purchase to guest services and they will pull up the ticket numbers and see how many days are left and reissue them.
They told us this could only be done at guest services at the park (not at the disney store).

Call disney, tell them the info that you have and they will handle it.

I am certain you are not the first person to misplace something.
They can pull up the numbers and see they are unused and reissue them. Just call and see where you take the info.

Thank you...I am really at a loss as to where they might have gone. I really hope Disney can pull the numbers from the confirmation e-mail we got from them when we ordered the tickets on-line and just cancel/re-issue them. The part that worries me is in the e-mail it does clearly state that Disney is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets . You are right though--we can't be the first this has happened to. I am going to call them first thing in the am and hope for the best.

It's bad when I'm panicking not only about my own Disney vacation, but someone else's, as well! Have a great trip!!
