Lounge chairs out by closed BW pool?

I just got a letter from the Cast of Disney's BoardWalk Inn & Villas telling me that the BW pool will be closed while we are there Jan28/Feb 4. (Actual dates of closing Jan 18 through early February.) I thought it was closed not sooo long ago because I seem to remember reading about them shuttling guests over to Stormalong Bay. They'll be doing that again this time.

Because of the iffy weather in Jan, we don't usually go into the pool, but DH likes to lay out for a bit in the sun. He thinks the lounge chairs will still be out. I would think they wouldn't want people in the area if they are working there. Do you think they block off the whole area or only the immediate pool area and the lounge chairs further back will still be out? It seems like a pain to go over to the YC/BC just to lay out for half an hour. Is there a set schedule for the shuttle? Does anyone know if it's a golf cart or a bus? Is it really time-consuming or not a big deal?

In addition to the main feature pool (known as Luna Park), there are two leisure pools at the BWI/BWV complex.

Only the main pool will be closed, so I'm sure that your DH could easily find a lounge chair at one of the leisure pools. No need to go to SAB just to get some sun by a pool.

Fences are put up during all construction work so access to the Luna area won't be available.

I love the pool over on the "Inn" side. It's quiet too! I wouldn't bother with SAB.
