1 Bedroom BLT Lake View
I am going to online check-in within the next day. We are staying at BLT in a 1 bedroom lake view. Any suggestions on which room I should request? I know it is only a request but maybe someone has found a particular 1 bedroom lake view they really like and would pass on the info.
I would like to be on the highest floor possible and do not particularly want to stare at the Contemporary the entire week. Please let us know. |

Requesting by room number will guarantee that you won't get it. It's better to request a floor, area, etc.

don't ask for a certain room -that is just asking for problems. |

We just got back from staying in a Studio Lake View room and would definitely recommend our location. We were on the South side of the building, exterior room facing the Lake, the Contemporary marina and pools, as well as the lake-side of the Contemporary itself. So much to look at! We were on the 10th floor, which was high enough for us to even see Spaceship Earth, Expedition Everest, the Swan/Dolphin and Tower of Terror in the distance. Could watch the water pageant every night, and also could see the Illuminations fireworks.
The key to this would be to request the South Building, high floor, exterior (so that you're not on the pool-facing side of the building -- even though I do think having the pool in view would be pretty nice, too! Liked our view so much that we're going to see if we can change from an MK view in May, to a Lake view instead.... |
