Getting to Hoop de do from Animal Kingdom Villas
What is the best way to get to the Hoop De Doo from the Animal Kingdom Villas? We will have our car so driving is great, I just don't know about parking over at HDD.

You can drive to the entrance to Fort Wilderness and park in the parking lot otherwise known as the Outpost. Then they have 3 different buses that go to the Settlement Depot, which is where HDDR is located. Thats the simplist way, hope this helps

We are staying at AKL in Dec. and planning on attending the Hoop dee doo. The plan is to take the resort bus to MK, then the ferry boat to Ft. Wilderness.

Thanks so much for asking OP we are doing HDDR on our arrival day and was wondering what would be easier. Since its all you can drink I think the bus to MK and the ferry over is a great idea! Do you still need to jump on a bus from the Ferry stop. I stayed at FW years ago but I can not for the life of me remember.

This is a good way to do it and an adventure in the process, plus the boat ride will be a relaxing way to travel. This way may take a little longer but will be a good time.

Thanks for the info. The all-you-can-drink doesn't interest me, so that is not an issue. So if you want to drive over, you still end up taking a bus from the parking lot to Pioneer Hall?

Yes, you still need to take a Ft. Wilderness bus to Pioneer Hall from the parking lot.
