which room would u pick?

On our 1st cruise we stayed in 6634 on the Wonder. I liked being on the starboard side. (Nice view of CC from the Verandah). On our next cruise, "our" room is not available. I've narrowed my choices down to 6134 (port side) or 7622 (starboard). Help me decide, Do I choose the secret verandah room on opposite side of ship or stay on starboard side with the Navigators Verandah? Do I take advantage of getting the secret room or is Navigators Verandah on deck 7 just as good? Thanks for your input.

The navigators verandah are different than the 6634 or 6134 (even though they are categorized as a navigator verandah). The NV have an open porthole with nautical touches on the verandah area. The Secret Verandah, as you know just has a slight obstruction but an open verandah.

This is a personal choice...do you want to try something different or stay with what you know. Only you can decide!!

We've been next door to both 6634 and 6134 and both locations are good for me. I know that this past Western we were Port side (6132) and in every port we were facing away from land so for that cruise I wish we had been Starboard side. Not sure about Eastern. That being said, because I love my veranda I would probably book the sure thing - 6134 which is much more open than a regular Navigators.

I'd definitely take the secret verandah room over a regular navigator's verandah.

Thanks for the replies. I guess its just personal preference which side of the ship to be on. I prefer starboard but cannot pass up secret verandah room, even if its on port side. I'm going with that!

We booked 6634 for both our January eastern and our June 2011 Alaska (Magic for the eastern, Wonder for Alaska).

We had the Alaska cruise booked first and two weeks ago booked the January 2010 with the Florida resident discount. Not only was I thrilled with the price (1924. vs. 3340 regular price) for 2 adults, but I couldn't believe it when this room was still available!
