Getting nervous about CRT Dinner!

So I just realized, after getting up at 530 am while CAMPING to make my ADRs, that there are no other princesses at Cindy's dinner? Is this true? If you have done CRT dinner, please tell me it's worth it without them! Last year we did Akershus and met SEVERAL at breakfast, but we REALLY wanted the Castle this year. We have 545 pm reservations during our trip and now I don't know what to expect!

The dinner is worth it IMO. Yes the princesses are not there but the fairy godmother does a little show that's interactive.

You think they would have the princesses there even during supper, doesn't a little girl wanna see them but I guess the fairy godmother is a good second

Worth it! We only did it once, but it was very memorable. The kids go through a "making a special wish" ceremony. It was very special!

We went to CRT for dinner back in May of 08 for our 22nd anniversary the only time you see Cinderella is before you go to your table, she is downstairs and you get to have your picture taken with her. During the end of the dinner the FG and 2 Mice came out and sang and the Mice come around to your table. So to me if you are going there for more of a princess experience I wouldnt pay the $$ for it!

If it is walkaround princesses you want, book breakfast or lunch as they do not appear at dinner.

Personally I am glad they have an alternative to the princesses for those who would like to eat in the castle but not the full character meal experience.

The alternative is Akershus at Epcot, which has walkaround princesses at all three meals, but if it's the castle that is the main draw for you then the best you can do is try to change your reservation to breakfast or lunch.

Our first experience in the castle was for dinner a few years ago. We LOVED it! We got to meet Cinderella downstairs and have our picture with her and the show with the Fairy Godmother and the mice is very cute. We had lunch there last year with the princesses and while it was great to meet the princesses, I actually enjoyed my meal more without the interruption at dinner, although I enjoyed my food more at lunch.

I still think it's worth it.
