Favorite Resort Spots to view Wishes?

Hi all.

On our arrival day in May, we thought a great way to kick off our first trip is to enjoy dinner at a resort and then possibly take in Wishes from a nice, relaxing out-of-park location. California Grill is the obvious choice here, but we think it lacks that all-out "Disney" feel we want our daughter to have as her first experience-- we were thinking something more along the lines of 1900 PF, Chef Mickey's, or even Ohana. What are some great out-of-park locations to enjoy the MK fireworks?

Thanks for any suggestions!

You cannot go wrong with a visit to the Poly and have dinner at Kona or 'Ohana. Then head to the beach for the Electricial Water Peagent and then Wishes (on your way, stop by the Tambu lounge for a Mai Tai in a "to-go" glass!).

Agreed! We have also watched them from the dock at the Contemporary.

The 4th floor observation deck at the Contemporary is another great location.

We have gone to the GF to grab an ice cream then head to the beach. It is a nice place to relax and see the show.
