How does 1900 PF make the chocolate fondant cake?
Does anyone have any idea how disney makes the chocolate marble fondant style cake? We had it on our trip last year and I'd like to make something similar. I wouldn't use both white and milk chocolate, just milk so I don't need to know how they make it marble. Just what they use. Is it thinned down chocolate or what? (and how do they thin it down?) I know it isn't actual fondant it is some kind of chocolate.
