credit through other schools
Hey everyone!
I'm really far ahead of the game, but I'm trying to figure out logistic stuff for my parents and my dad and I were discussing how I would stay on medical insurance during the program. Now, there's the option of getting my own individual plan, but he's more interested in me finding out more about getting credit through another school so that I stay a full time student and stay on his insurance. Now, I don't *need* the credit, since I should graduate by the end of summer, but I was wondering if anyone has done this (specifically using the schools that Disney lists here). I was looking at Central Michigan from the list... So if you've done this, please let me know your experience with it (good/bad, helpful/annoying, etc) that would be awesome. If you've done this another way, comment too ![]() Thanks DISers! |

We are going that route with my DD because her college won't give her credit for CP. We are getting 12 credits through Central Michigan. That way she can stay on our insurance and she can then transfer those credits to her home school as "general Ed. " credits. Cheaper than buying her own insurance.

I took gen ed classes online from a technical college (community college) in my city while I was on my CP. It was a little hard to focus on the work, but I got it done! Just get some easy ones
