True. You have to call. The package doesn't always open at the ADR window and some have been told it is sold out. Just try the next day.

We went in October and I called at our 90 day mark. I was told repeatedly that it was sold out, then finally that the dates and times had not been released. Eight days after our window opened the package was available.

Good luck!

Thanks! It's a little deceiving on the website, makes you think you can book it. Here's hoping I can get in cuz now I have my heart set on it!

There has been many people who made reservations on line thinking they were getting the package because their ADR was at the package times.

The online system is wonderful, I loved it.

Good luck!

Thanks for the info. My 180 day mark was this past Monday. I was able to get every thing I wanted at the times I wanted, except the Mama Melrose Fantsmic pkg. I got every thing else online at 0600ET and then called at 0700 ET just for the Fantasmic pkg. Hollywwod and Vine and Brown Derby were both available both nights, but Mama Melrose was not available either night. I called back yesterday and was told the same thing--only Brown Derby and Hollywood & Vine available. I did ask both times though, if maybe Mamma Melrose had not been downloaded yet, but was told both times that it had been.

My 180 day mark was yesterday, so we will be there at the same time. I called yesterday and had no problem booking the FDP with Mama Melrose dinner for May 5. Were you trying for the 2nd? Maybe you could switch to the 5th if you have your heart set on MM...

Mama Melrose is the most popular restaurant for Fantasmic packages, because it's one DDP credit and basic DDP users get an appetizer.
