Any deals for GI Joe Rise of COBRA DVD? - The DIS Discussion Forums

Has anyone seen any coupons or special refunds or other deals for the GI Joe Rise of COBRA DVD? I want to get it for Christmas. I know unless there is a BF deal this is the best week to buy. I'm just looking for the regular DVD - no blue ray. I was hoping CVS would have it so I could get it for free with my ECB but when I checked the local store they weren't going to carry it. I saw it at Target for $15 and Walmart for $15.86. Has anyone seen a better price?

wait a few weeks. should be in the $5.50 bin at walmart..
