Evening EMH at MK, safe to go from rope drop to afternoon parade? - The DIS Discussion Forums

On a Sunday in March 2010 with evening EMH at MK, is it generally OK to get there at rope drop and leave after the afternoon parade, or is it just too crowded overall, even in the first half of the day? Would Monday be a better choice?

YES - we have done this numerous times. Get your must dos done early in the morning, then as it gets busier after 11:00, fill in with other attractions and your fast passes. You can continue touring this way after the parade, just be willing to take whatever does not have too long of a wait time.

Thanks OB1, sounds doable. I figured those staying for evening EMH wouldn't be getting there all that early.

You can get a lot done at all the parks if you get there before park opening....EMH or regular.

The really big crowds don't start arriving until around 11am.
