Anyone have the Elmo giggle chair or soft foam chair? - The DIS Discussion Forums

Does anyone have the Elmo giggle chair or any soft foam chair for their child? We bought two used and cannot get them unzipped to wash them. I bought a new one from TRU and it will not unzip either. It is like the zipper is missing the pully thing but it is like that on the brand new one too. I know it shouldnt be this difficult but looking for some help with how to get them unzipped. Anyone else have this problem or know the trick to get it to work? Thanks.

I suspect it's some kind of safety measure. When we had one for our dd, I just unbent a paper clip to make a hook, of sorts, and used that as the pull for the zipper.

mine had the zipper part inside of the zipper, once I managed to get it open a small amount I was able to unzip the chair

The paper clip worked great. THanks so much. They are in the wash as we speak!
