Are the apartments Air Conditioned?

When I looked at the descriptions of the apartments I didn't see any mention of A.C. ! Please tell me that they have it. OMG - Florida in the summer with no air, I can't even imagine it. Which apartments are the newest/nicest?

I'm pretty sure they do.There might be legal issues if they don't.

Thank Goodness! My DD has issues with heat and she would be miserable without AC. Which apartment complex should she request if she gets the chance to pick?

You should have her research threads on here and on facebook for information on the different apartment complexes and what each one offers so she can pick which one is best for her...

Vista Way is the oldest one but has been recently renovated, and is supposedly the most "social" place for parties etc. Vista is the cheapest place to live.

Chatham is about 10 years old but still pretty nice, apparently the rooms are the biggest here, and people say it's quieter than Vista.

Patterson is the newest, the oldest buildings have only been opened for a year. Every apartment has a balcony. Newest appliances, furnishings, etc. Patterson is the most expensive place to live.

There's a lot more information out there on the apartments and tons of pictures if you look up facebook groups for each apartment complex. Definitely have her research the apartment complexes so that she can choose where she thinks she would like to live the best. When I look at groups on facebook and stuff about "where do you want to live" it's pretty evenly spread out between the 3 complexes

yeah have her research, forsure! Facebook and on here are great examples. I would also say have her type in "patterson court, chatham Square or vistay way apartment tours-disney" on youtube.

A lot of people give tours of their apartments and around the buldings :-) And it's kind of fun to get some decorating ideas, too! Half my packing list came from watching youtube videos lol
