Crowds the week of February 8th??

Never been in February before. Generally, how busy is this week (the week of the 8th) normally??

Thanks!

January thru the first half of February (avoiding any national holiday weekends) is a magnificent time to visit WDW for low crowd conditions.

we will be there then, so you will have at least one other family
I think it will be crowded toward the weekend--14th thru 16.

The Super Bowl will be in Miami on February 7. I am not sure how that will affect the crowds, though. I'm curious, since I'll be in WDW that week.

We were there the same time earlier this year. The weather was perfect, the crowds were fine. We walked on to many rides, had short waits for others, and really enjoyed ourselves.

We like it so much, we're going back the exact same time again - the week of Feb 8th!

We get in on the 6th as well! I'm so excited! Anybody know if the parks tend to be busier towards the end of the week with President's day the following Monday (the 15th)? Thanks!

Piglets Mom -- you will miss us all if you are there Oct 8 instead of Feb 8 -- just teasing --- I think you meant Feb 8.

Guess what! I'll be there too (Feb 7-Feb 13)! The crowd level is great at this time of year! It does get busier as Pres Day approaches but then we are out of there! ( sad but yes ... we must leave when our week is up!)

Anyway ... if you see someone with a LIME GREEN MICKEY HEAD on an ever so fashionable fanny pack -- PLEASE SAY HI!

we were there last year at that time and you could have thrown a stone and not hit anyone. Even still, there will be lines for the headline attractions.

However, we were at epcot the night before the superbowl last year, and it was DEAD. I have never seen it so empty. We got a PRIME spot for illuminations about five min before it started. It was great.

I'm actually going the week before and planned around the Super Bowl. I'll be heading out of Florida while most of the football fans are heading in as I wonder how much traffic the Bowl will add to 95. My guess is that is where mom and the kids end up during that weekend. It will be interesting to see as we get closer to Feb if that weekend will any extended hours. At last glance it would seem Disney is looking for low crowds closing time wise. I think during the week portion of your trip everything should be normal as usual for the most part. I think the weekend might bring in some crowds.

We will be joining you guys as well! Feb. 6-12! We have never been at this time before, but I was hoping it would be a perfect time of year to go. Great weather and low crowds! It doesn get busy around President's Day and Valentine's Day, but we will be out of there before then! I cannot wait!

Wow, lots of people coming down to Celebrate my birthday *sniffles* thanks all!

I'll be there the 4th - 11th (birthday is the 9th). Hoping my wonky Thursday - Thursday schedule does something funky with giving me good crowd days.

I would guess that the weekend after will start picking up though, as it heads into Valentines (14th, duh), President's Day/Week (15th), Mardi Gras week (Fat Tuesday is the 16th), as well as the start of "up north" Feb vacation weeks.
