Howdy everyone!

I'm back... well, back on the TR thread! I'm not Back from WDW... since I haven't left yet... but will be in 6 short days!

This IS NOT a PTR.... it's a TR that I'mstarting a little early

I have very bad luck with PTRs. My trips always end up cancelled or radically changed if I try to write one. So...no more PTRs by Crush!

I did have a PTR for this trip...but while I was away on a different vacay...the mods shut it down

but no matter... the pandamonium ensued anyway

Well Let me give you the particulars....
The next few days will move by quickly, so I plan to give you an update daily on some aspect of the trip!

Lets start with the who..

ME!! Mother to 3, wife to 1. WDW veteran... 8 trips in the bag... solo, family, friends, school... you name it I've tried it! DVC member since Dec 2008. I'm a pharmacist, so I have a bit of OCD (as all GOOD medical professionals should

) I am a much more relaxed WDW tourist than I used to be. It helps knowing that not only will I be back... I'll be back soon!

this is me...from my 'DISer girlfriends' trip last month

ELLIE!! My DD. She just turned 11.... going on 16 if you know what I mean

She's a bit of a jock... Soccer, basketball, swimming... but her true love is DANCING! She does it all...Ballet, HipHop, Jazz, and Tap. She is a little nervous about missing out on school this year (never minded before), since she's now in the Middle School... but since they will only miss 3 days...I don't think it will be a problem. Ellie is a bit of a drama queen, as are pretty much all girls at her age. She loves WDW, but feels like she's a bit too old now for the characters and princess stuff.... we will see....

this is Ellie....from a trip to Hershey we took in July.

ALLISON!! My youngest child. She's 8. She's adorable...but a little stinker! She thinks she has me and her dad snowed....but we know that she's a troublemaker

Allison is the reason that we have to take our WDW trips in the Summer or Fall. She's a competitive gymnast and to pull her from her training too close to the big competitions really throws her off. We made that mistake one year...never again! She's still into dress up and characters and such. Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique is on her to do list!

This is Allison....from her State Gym meet in May.

WARREN!! My nephew. He's 15. This is his 1st trip to WDW. He's a jock too. Football and wrestling are his sports. He and Ellie get along well and he thinks Allison is the cutest thing ever...he really wanted a little sister, but he got Wyatt LOL!!! He is getting more and more excited about this trip every day. He has NO idea what to expect. He has it in his head that it's like HersheyPark! Can't wait to see his reaction!

This is Warren... it's from Christmas...sorry I don't have a more recent pic.

WYATT!! my nephew, Warren's little brother. He's 10. A live wire to say the least! This kid keeps me in stitches when he's around...although I'm not sure how comfortable the 'stitches' willbe by the end of the week! He too is a jock. Football, wrestling, and motorcross type stuff (he doesn't compete it...he just rides) He is so excited about this trip he can hardly stand it!

This is Wyatt.....also from Christmas.

JENNIFER!! AKA Jen, my SIL and the boys' mom. She just found out that she's going on this adventure last week!! My mom (Nanna) and I had planned to take the kids..but my mom got sick a week ago, and unfortunately, is not well enough to travel. So rather than me take all the kids myself, Jen is taking Nanna's place! Jen is a SAHM and fills in as an 'on call' lunch lady at the boy's school. So it was not a problem for her to get off to go on such a short notice! She has NEVER been to WDW or on an airplane...so this trip is a HUGE deal for her! I hope she loves it!

here's Jen and my brother (Alvin)...also from Christmas...you'd think I never see them wouldn't ya?? But they only live 20min away! I just don't take pics of them often LOL!!

OK...WHERE????
We are staying in a 2BR Savanna view Villa at Kidani Villiage! It's my 1st trip 'home'. My last DVC stay was at SSR ... but we bought at AKV and this is my 1st go at it! I can't wait!

WHEN??? Next week!! We will be there Sat November 7th til Sat November 14th

I'm glad I have not totally lost it!

I just know that this is going to be such a magical trip for everyone. A 2BR at Kidani?! You are going to spoil these first timers... how will they ever be able to stay anywhere else??

I'm going to start my morning update with a copy of my to do list.... I need to organize my thoughts and figure out what I need to finish up!

I work dayshift every day mon thru Fri this week...then have to run with the girls in the evenings....so time will be limited (or sleep will be eliminated!).I'm going to also throw a few other odds and ends in there that will impact my free time.

OK..To Do list!!

finish packing
make goodie bags forthe boys
make our tees
inventory what I'm taking to add to my owner's locker
print out confirmation #s
email Jen...she wants packing lists for herself and the boys
decide where to stick my tripod...I think I'm going totake it.
write down all my ADRs and times
write out bills for while I'm gone
get addys and add themto "Alice" my GPS for our parkand fly hotel
get my nails repainted friday...assuming they don't last the week
make luggage tags for Jenand the Boys
Stop and pay for heating oil Delivery
Confirm BBB ressie
Check-in with Southwest for Saturday's Flight
Make Garden Grocer order

In addition I have to....

go to Work
take Ellie and Allison to Dance classes
take Allison to the Gym for practice...Mon, Weds and Fri
Check-in on Nanna daily and do her shopping/cleaning
Check-in on my Grandma and do her shopping (Nanna usually does it)
Tom's Gram... Nan.... we got the call this am, will probably not make it thru the day...so we will have that to deal with...of course that will replace a day of Work
Stain my porch
get some flower bulbs in the ground...I bought 400 and the weather just WON'T co-operate!
laundry/ironing

Boy...looking at all that.... I better go get something done! Tom is going to be leaving for the hospital soon... Nan is in the Hospice unit. Not trying to sound cold ..she's a very sweet woman,and will be sorely missed. But she's 99and has been very ill ever since she broke her hip a month or so ago...so honestly it's not a shock....just life

I'll be back later tonite and let you know how my to do list is going and give you our Itinerary!

I forgot toadd 'Rake Leaves" to the list... thats what I've been doing. Cause I know my DH won't do it while I'm gone! I hate to comehome to a mess... plus it'll almost be Thanksgiving! I'll need to get ready for Christmas!
