I've been looking at this itinerary too long!

Now I'm just 2nd guessing myself and getting confused. I could use a few opinions to see if I've put this together okay.

We will be at WDW Dec. 18-23. We just moved to Florida, so we will be driving about 2.5 - 3 hours. We are leaving home about 12:30pm, so we should be arriving in Orlando around 3:30ish. We are staying at DTD Hilton and will need to pick up our new AP's before going to the parks. Here's what I had planned:

Friday, 12/18
3:30-4pm - Check into hotel
4:30pm-5pm - Go to Transportation Center to get AP's
5:50pm - ADR at CP in MK
7pm - MVMCP
???I'm wondering if we should catch the bus at Hilton or if we should drive our car? We've never driven at WDW before.

Saturday, 12/19
9am - Rope Drop at Epcot (will spend the day at Epcot)
Lunch - CS at WS
7pm - Dinner at T-Rex at DTD (DS is seriously looking forward to this)

Sunday, 12/20
9am - Rope Drop at HS
Lunch - CS at HS
3-4pm - Back to hotel for a short break
6:30 - ADR at Kona Cafe
9pm - Spectromagic at MK
10pm - Holiday Wishes
11pm-2am - EMH at MK
???Thinking maybe we should drive our car so we're not standing around at 2am waiting for a bus. Thoughts??

Monday, 12/21
Late Breakfast at hotel
Mid-morning - AK (No way I'm getting up early after a 2am EMH!)
3:30pm - Catch bus to HS
4:40pm - ADR at Brown Derby
6pm - Osborne Lights
8-11pm - EMH at HS
???Wondering what the odds are that they'll add a Fantasmic showing for this night? DS really wants to see it.

Tuesday, 12/22
9am - Rope Drop at MK
Lunch - CS at MK
2-3pm - Monorail to Epcot/WS
6:35 - ADR at Coral Reef
9:30 - Illuminations

Wednesday, 12/23
Shopping at DTD

I hate to miss Fantasmic, but the only nights it's scheduled for are the 20th, when we plan to be at MK, and the 22nd, but we really want to end our trip with dinner and Illuminations at WS.
