Looking for rice milk - The DIS Discussion Forums

Does anyone know if any of the resort shops carry rice milk? I'm trying to find out for a friend who is going to be staying at The Dolphin next week. Thanks!

I don't know if they have any rice milk on property, but they do have juice box sized rice milk boxes. Could your friend put a couple in their suitcase in a plastic baggie to bring along?

If it's not really on the property he was thinking of going off to the grocery store down there. I was just trying to find out if he would be able to find it on property. I'll tell him about the individual boxes though, thanks for the info!

Post your question on the disABILITIES board. I have had loads of help from there with allergy info and how to get special products and was amazed at what you actually CAN get in WDW! I know that many restaurants have a stash of it (rice milk) for serving - you would need to check though if your friend is actually wanting to purchase a box to go.

Also if you go to www.allears.net you will find a section on allergies and special diets and people write reports on their experiences, which usually includes being able to find things.

I don't where you can get rice milk but maybe your friend could ship some down to the resort. It may be cheaper and easier that way instead of trying to find it at a grocery store. Just a thought. Good Luck with your search.
