You seem to have a pretty good memory, or just a good timeline of photos to go by.

Glad to see you guys have another trip planned. We might go somewhere later in the fall, but we'll have wait and see. This weekend we're going down to Seattle for some shopping/eating/drinking and relaxation! The weather's supposed to be crappy though.

I really like your plaid shirt and your blue coat in that last pic!
We just have a good timeline of photos! Seattle should be fun but I'm sorry about the weather being crappy. We were going to ski this weekend but the high at lake level was going to be 29...not exactly spring skiing!

Thanks! I'm glad you like my fashion sense

Thanks to you both for the thoughts about Jason losing his job. It's been rough but as long as we tough it out together it'll be ok.

So the last we left off we were on the Jungle Cruise at night. We decided we wanted to see the Christmas parade and made our way over to the hub. We found a free bench near the Carnation Inn (by the sign where the ride times are posted) and I went to get mom and I hot chocolate. Well, the line was SUPER long and 30 minutes later we got hot chocolate. The only reason it was worth waiting for was because we brought some peppermint schnapps and we make a very awesome drink with hot coco and schnapps. So mom and I merrily drank our "snugglers" and we all watched the parade. Here are some pics:

Small World at night

The castle

Pluto!

Santa!

Jaime and Linda had very late reservations for Club 33 because they wanted to watch Fantasmic from the balcony. We ran into them in NOS after the parade.

NOS at night:

After some NOS sightseeing we claimed a spot for the second Fantasmic show. It was the first time my dad had seen it and he loved it! He was such a trooper. He had a cold the whole time we were there but he pushed through it and stayed until 10 to watch. I think he was glad he did.

Coming up...what adventures will our 3rd day bring? Will the Cove Bar make an appearance?

I'm gonna say...... YES! I love all the Christmas decorations, so pretty!

Seattle was fun, except for the extra long ferry ride from the island due to the stormy weather and a 2.5 hour wait at the border! We like to ski/snowboard too, should have done that this weekend instead. Just a three hour drive to over 20 feet of snow. Except that I'm kind of ready for spring now. And all it did was make us want a longer vacation! We're thinking Disneyland in early October.

I'm sorry to hear about the long wait and the stormy ride! I know what you mean about being ready for spring. We got a taste of summer weather last week and now it's rainy and cold again. There's actually a winter storm warning here right now! We ended up not going skiing because it was going to be so cold and windy. If I ski in April its going to be spring skiing in a t-shirt!

More TR coming up...

Morning of the 3rd Day

So we all got up bright and early to hit Fantasyland! Well, everyone besides my parents. My mom always loves to sleep in and my dad was still a little sick with his cold so they joined us later in the morning. So Jason, I, Linda and Jaime headed into the park to get on some Fantasyland rides. We rode Storybook Land:

I think this is Alice's house

Oh no! Giant ducks are attacking London Park!

Priceless comment of the trip, "Why doesn't Agrabaha have any Christmas decorations?!...oh yeah..."

I love the Christmas decorations they add to all the houses and villages

There's where I want to live someday! haha

After Storybook Land we headed over to It's a Small World. Now, Jason can handle this ride a good...ONE time per trip. I think we'd already used up his quota because this is the look I got when we were on the boat in:

He gave a smile for this picture though

Old Man Winter

Mele Kalikimaka is the thing to say, on a bright Hawaiian Christmas day...

There goes Santa!

After IASW we headed to Toon Town. We don't really spend much time there. We usually just hit up Rodger Rabbit's Cartoon Spin and then leave.

And the one ride we go on in TT is broken! Oh well

From my pictures it looks like we headed back over to Frontierland and saw the reindeer at Santa's Roundup

They were feeding this huge goose (the one that gets pardoned) and for some reason the quacking/squawking sounds it was making panicked the reindeer! They got all agitated and stayed as far away from the goose as possible. It was hilarious!

We then met up with my parents and rode the Matterhorn

Mom loves the Matterhorn!

Then we rode Indy

The Columbia from NOS

Day 3 Contd...

Then we headed over to Pirates! Yyyaaarrr!!!

We want the redhead!

You can do that all day long, the dog is never going to move...

I believe it was about now that we decided Disneyland was getting a little too crowded and we needed to head to DCA. So off we go!

Some construction pictures

A Christmas tree near Neptunes Palace

Merry Christmas!

We then headed over to Toy Story Mania

These guys came marching by

Time for goofy glasses pictures!

Dad wins! haha

Then we went to our favorite place in DCA.....the COVE BAR!!! hahaha

Because sometimes you just need an Irish coffee to get that Disney magic

Close ups from the construction

I can't wait for the world of color. It looks so awesome!

As we were leaving we saw the little princess lunch they do. There were teaching these little girls how to dance! Now I can't wait to have a daughter. Sorry Jason!

Random DCA shot

I liked this sign

We all needed a break so we went back to our room and took a much needed nap.

Coming up...how did we spend our last night in Disneyland!?!?

Our Last Evening

So after we took a nice nap and a rest at the hotel we headed out to get some dinner. I think that Jaime and Linda had never taken a break so Jason, I, and my parents all met up with them at UVA bar. Jason and dad split a pizza and mom and I both had French onion soup. Delicious! It was kind of a cold damp evening and some soup was just what the doctor ordered.

I believe we went over to ride POTC one last time and then explored the secret staircase in NOS. It's where Princess Tiana was doing character greets all day.

We headed over to ride Big Thunder again and got some pictures in front of the castle

We then went over to claim a spot for the second showing of Fantasmic. We caught the end of the fireworks from NOS and they make it snow there too!

I then proceeded to take very blurry pictures of Disneyland...it looked a lot better in person!

Note to self...get a better camera soon...

A Peter Pan moon!

Then we took silly pictures of each other...can you tell we were bored!?

Blue Steel

Goofball!

Playing with the sepia tone...

Smooch!

We saw Fantasmic one last time (it was awesome per usual) and then called it a night. All in all, we had a great trip and I was so glad that my parents, especially my dad, were able to see Disneyland at Christmas time. Seeing Disneyland with all of the beautiful Christmas decorations was so special but we both can't wait to see Disneyland back to normal in May. Stay tuned for a PTR shortly! I promise we'll finish this one much sooner then this December one!
